We recommend that you pick 1-3 classes a day that you really want to try and besides that go for a walk along the sea or hug an old tree to get a break from the festival energy. Also we recommend that you eat warm food and drink tea with warming herbs throughout the festival. There are many gentle workshops like yin yoga & meditation that can help you ground your energy at the festival. And at the marketplace it is possible to book massages which can be really soothing for your nervous system.

The tent called Contemplation Corner will probably be your favorite place to be, throughout the festival. This is where you find all the gentle workshops and guided meditations.
