Creating Radical Change in Your Life

- Together with Jane Mountain

Sharing Space

Friday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Taught in English

Suitable for all levels

Do you feel stuck? Do you want to make a change in your life, your work, or your relationships? But you don't know where to start? Using some of the same tools we learn in yoga, this workshop will help you tackle your fears, decide what you really want from life, and make an action plan.

We've used these same techniques to embrace adventure in our own lives. So far we have lived in three countries, taught yoga in 25, and now we are full-time nomads. This is a radical change from our past lives as bored office workers, and we are much happier and healthier for it.

Whether you want to travel more, open your own yoga studio, or change your career, this workshop can help you get on the path to transformation. If you want to find the courage and clarity to live a life that truly makes your heart beat faster, we'll help you get there!

An Adventure Yoga Alignment-Infused Vinyasa Workshop

During the first part of this workshop we'll get into our flow, build heat, and move together. Then we will slow it down, and work together to focus on improving your ability to flow through the transitions of vinyasa with more skill before we put it all together into a short vinyasa sequence.

Stephen Ewashkiw helps students find the strength and flexibility to do things that might seem impossible — on the yoga mat and in their lives. Stephen's goal is to educate students so that they become more informed, but also encourages students to think for themselves and question everything in order to make their own decisions. If you want to learn more and want change, and if you want to have fun while doing that, Adventure Yoga is for you.

Adventure Yoga helps you refine your poses and improve your yoga technique, while also sharing skills that can be used in everyday life.

Come experience Adventure Yoga for the chance to dive deeper and explore the depths of your yoga practice and yourself.
