It is easy to come to a yoga practice with expectations to feel good, but are we avoiding aspects of ourselves? In this workshop we take a look at the Buddha Dharma and learn how to come home to ourselves in a compassionate and holding environment .

A class like no other. A yoga class that took 3 months to plan so that every move is co-ordinated in time to the live Cello music. Feel every cell in your body vibrate with the sounds of music.


About Luke:

Luke is an internationally experienced Yoga teacher, Therapeutic Yoga consultant and Mindfulness coach.

For the last 14 years he has worked in muscular skeletal clinics in New Zealand, lived and practiced qi gong and meditation with Shaolin monks in China, studied the traditional art of Tantra yoga for two years in Thailand and spent over a month in silence meditating in a Buddhist monastery.

His classes are therefore a mix of yoga, qi gong, ancient philosophy and modern neuroscience and psychology.
