The workshop will be a warming, heartfelt and strengthening praksis, with elements of both yin and yang.
An invitation to enter into the vibration and energy of flow through body and spirit. We will draw awareness to the rhythm of the breath and through pranayama and asanas, experience what flow means individually to you. You are invited let your senses guide you and allow your mind and spirit come alive through movement and music. It will be a nourishing savasana, so bring a warm blanket and let your body resonate with the music.
