Yin yoga is the path to meditation. Yin yoga is mindfulness and much more than that. In yin yoga you will find peace and strength to be with yourself and your surroundings. Yin yoga is your supplement to your daily life with sun salutations, social media, work, jogging, television, network, and whatever else fills your day and requires strength and energy.
Focus in the workshop will be on strengthening your intuition with a sequence that balances your inner core and the world around you. Focus will be mindfulness.
