The class will be in Danish but English speaking can participate as well, because it is all about energy work.
This class is all about feeling your body and yourself!
We will start the class with a slow meditative warm up, through qigong, sun salutations, balance exercises and much more. From there the focus will be on getting the body to move, sweat and release blockages, through easy dance moves, free dance, rhythm/clapping exercises and voice opening. We end the class with soft yin yoga stretches. After a class you can feel a sense of relief, higher energy and more connected.
