We all know the sequence of asanas that the Sun Salutation or "Surya Namaskar" consists of. But few know the deeper essence of each of the asanas and why it is so beneficial for the body, mind and soul to practice Sun Salutation on a daily basis. In this workshop Govind will reveal the ancient Indian yoga philosophy behind the Sun Salutation so that you can get the most out of your yoga practice and go deeper in each asana.


About Govind:

Govind is an Indian yoga and meditation master who has tought the ancient traditional approach to yoga and meditation for 20+ years. Govind has his base in Denmark, but travels the world to spread the message of spirituality and peace - both on the internal and external level. He believes that in order to balance the outer climate, we need to balance our inner climate first. Govind includes all the aspects of the ancient philosphy of Yoga in his teachings such as ayurveda, astrology and much more. Together with his wife Anna-Marie he runs Santhi Yoga and offers workshops, classes, individual sessions and retreats.
