Bowspring works on several aspects; it creates both optimal functional alignment and movement patterns in your body and encreases your ability to be mindful and compassionate.

Bowspring is a fun, mindful and dynamic training of body and mind. Bowspring emphasizes both sensitivity and strength, even tonus of all sides of the body along with softness and openess. As you bowspring you will become more aware about your self and your unconcious patterns in body and mind. When moving with bowspring in your body you will feel very light and fluid. The body is moved in all directions both on and around the mat and in positions you have never tried before. Its just makes mind/body so happy.

Land mindfully in your body and become more aware and awake in your entire body and your life in general.

Through slow, mindful, fluid bowspringflow you are invited to highten your awareness in your body, in space. Your will also experience a encreased sensitivity and wakefulness in the way you sense and feel your body in movement. All parts of your body is trained, as bowspring teaches you to keep even focus on the entire body in all movements and positions. Your body is experienced as a co-opererating unit, moving lightly and fluidly in all directions while standing, balancing, kneeling, sitting, being on all fours and lying down. You will leave more focused and mindfully grounded in your body as your self.
