A slow-flowing yoga practice accessing the wisdom of your body. The class will introduce you to non-linear movement as a tool for entering the more meditative aspect of yoga posture practice. A delight-driven approach to yoga as somatic self-enquiry.
Birgitte is a psychologist and yoga teacher and brings more than 25 years of practice to her work. Throughout her teaching career, she has been at the front line of sensation-based, meditative and experimental approaches to yoga posture practice. Her teaching invites you to trust life by becoming intimate with what is happening in and as your body.
