As a teacher Emma works through her connection to her heart and allows her intuition to guide her in her classes.

For many years she has worked in depth with herself. She started formal meditation when she was 18 and has since then worked with competent teachers and used healing techniques to find inner freedom.

Happiness without reason – a journey that has given her the ability to feel the room allows what needs to be met in the room to be met.

Emma is an international certified Kundaliniyoga teacher, Hatha yoga teacher, cranio sacral healer and an intuitive gong player. She is leading a well appreciated kundaliniyogateacher training at her yoga center Mangalam in Sweden.
