We recommend that you pick 1-3 classes a day that you really want to try and besides that let yourself be inspired by the energy at the festival site. There are also concerts, lectures on healthy living, nice vegan food and a marketplace with more than 40 vendors where you can get more information about yoga and pamper yourself with really nice yoga accessories.
The more classes you want to try, the more we recommend that you do the shorter ones, so you still have some energy left on Sunday. Maybe mix some of the more active workshops in Radiant Room with some gentle classes and guided meditations in Contemplation Corner. Add a couple of lectures in Sharing Space and chill in the music area called Pulsation Point.
These workshops are meant an inspiration for the Beginner Types:
“Stay true journey” with Madhavi Guemoes
“Five Things Every Yogi Should Know About Their Anatomy” with Shannan Hansen
“Plantetinget” med ironman-triatleten Frederik Andersen (DK)
“Intro to Bowspring” with Ditte Bykærholm
“Iyengar Yoga Basic” with Ilse and Liselotte
“Intro to Prānāyāma” with Federico Di Fresco
End your day in Pulsation Point where DJ Johan Bay is playing until 21.00
“Slow down, feel more” with Trine Hedegaard
“Plantetinget” med Kira Eggers & Vicki Berlin (DK)
“Mediyoga – to sustain good health” with Veetamo Lyngmo
