Slow down and turn your attention inward. Allow your body to become soft and your mind to become still.

Join Anne Goncalves in this soft practice that will open the body’s energetic flow with a combination of long holds and slow, subtle movements and prepare the body and mind for deeper experiences in meditation.

With your body softened and your mind still and fully awake, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation with yoga nidra, guiding your awareness on different parts of the body, the breath, and visualisation.

SLOW slowing down is an invitation to listen within, to turn off the constant noise we are bombarded with every day.

SOFT softening your body through slow flow and yin yoga, allows you to feel yourself again, the softness of your soul.

STILL when the body is soft, the mind can begin to be still, and with this stillness you can HEAR yourself, your hearts calling, your deepest desires, your inner wisdom.

Om Anne:

Anne Goncalves is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher based in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is the author of a book in Danish called Yoga mod stress ('Yoga for stress relief') as well as a popular app with guided yoga nidra meditations in Danish, which has been downloaded by more than 8.000. She teaches weekly yoga classes in Copenhagen as well as workshops and retreats around Denmark and internationally.

Anne’s classes, workshops and retreats focus on guiding you towards finding your sacred space within and connecting with your inner stillness and guidance. She is known and loved for her calm voice and presence.
